- Length: Ideally, submissions should be between 800–1,500 words.
- Quality: Content should be well-organized, grammatically clean, and clearly structured for our readers to follow.
- Relevance: Ensure the topic connects meaningfully to the themes of biohacking, performance, recovery, or mental optimization.
All content goes through editorial review before publication. We may request revisions for clarity, coherence, or alignment with our platform values.
